Forest Bathing and Nature Therapy programs
Find Calm, Clarity, and Connection in Nature with Our Monthly Nature Therapy Sessions
What is Nature Therapy?
Nature Therapy is a holistic practice that uses intentional time spent in nature to promote emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical well-being. In a group setting, the shared experience fosters a supportive community, allowing participants to connect and reflect. It’s about reconnecting with the natural world and each other to support personal growth, healing, and a deeper sense of peace.
Are you navigating midlife or menopause?
Our monthly in-person Nature Therapy walks are designed to help you find peace, clarity, and renewal during this transformative time of life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by emotional and physical changes, struggling with sleep, or simply craving deeper connection—with nature, yourself, and others—I'm here to guide you through it all.

-
Mindful Walking – Be fully present in your surroundings and in your movement.

Why join us?
Midlife can be a time of profound change, both physically and emotionally. With so much advice and information out there, it’s easy to end up doing nothing at all, feeling more isolated than ever.
We come together not just to unplug, connect with nature, but also to connect with each other—creating a sense of community and belonging that’s so important during this phase of life.
In each session, you’ll learn practices that are simple yet powerful, ones that you can easily weave into your daily life to elevate your mood and overall well-being.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected—both to yourself and the natural world around you.
With time and a more regular practice, you will experience:
-
Reduced stress and anxiety
-
Improved sleep and energy levels
-
Greater clarity and focus
-
An elevated mood and overall sense of well-being
If you're looking for a unique nature-based practice that will improve your emotional, psychological, and physical health, while giving you the chance to unplug and connect with new people, sign up for the next session!
Growth and Healing
Each month we explore a new theme that mirror nature’s cycles and support your personal growth and healing. Here are some example:
-
Seasonal Renewal: Just as nature renews itself with the changing seasons, this theme encourages you to embrace new beginnings.
-
Harmony and Balance: By grounding yourself in nature’s harmony, you’ll learn how to bring emotional stability and balance into your everyday life.
-
Roots and Growth: Like the deep roots of a tree, this theme focuses on building inner strength while encouraging personal growth.
-
Empowerment in Transition: This theme helps you harness nature’s power to feel more confident in embracing life’s changes.
-
Surrender and Letting Go: Just as autumn leaves fall, this theme guides you through the process of surrendering and releasing what no longer serves you.

What is Forest Bathing?Forest Therapy is a research-based practice for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments taking in all in through our senses. Studies have demonstrated a wide array of health benefits, especially in the cardiovascular and immune systems, and for stabilizing and improving mood and cognition. Forest Bathing is good for both physical and mental well-being. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity.
-
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?If the weather is severe, we will reschedule the session. Light rain can actually enhance the forest bathing experience, so we’ll still meet unless conditions are unsafe. You’ll be notified in advance of any changes. If I need to cancel the session, you can either keep your ticket for the next one or ask for a refund.
